I wonder if I would look like a loon trying to use this to record a mountain bike ride

But I am holding out for a HD camera, but this one goes under water I think you maybe read about that last ride I had 2 weeks ago where I ended up going neck deep in water while riding.

 

Looks kinda gimmicky... Wonder if it actually works at depth if you actually decide to dive with it.
