Buying a 30% off coupon from ebay and using it through dell/epp is legal correct?

Sorry for starting a new thread, but I need an answer quick because I am really close to buying a system.

Yeah, it's legal. I do it all the time, and people have been selling coupons on ebay for years.

mZimm is correct! I just ordered an M1710 a few days ago with a 30% coupon. That added with another 12% discount saved me 42% On a side note, many thanks again mZimm.

Not that you need this, but yes it is perfectly legal to do it. Consumers get these coupons and don't use, so they try to make money off of it.

It's not actually 42% due to how it breaks down, but still, it's a great savings. Thanks for the kudos, no problem man.

    Not quite true.
These people on ebay obtain such a stack of coupons by writing scipts or using other tools to generate lots of email address, and sign them up for Dell promotions, with the specific intent of getting coupons to sell on ebay.
Is it legal ? Yes sure. But Dell would be within rights to refuse coupons not sent to the email adress being bought from.
But a very very slim chance of that - so go ahead. :D
