    Hi i'm new to the bing deal. I just signed up for an account......and I want to purchase a dell monitor and then get the bing 10% cash back. I can't seem to figure out how to apply the 10% when I am purchasing the monitor. If anyone could tell me how to use bing that would be great! Thanks.
