Decently spec'd out for the price.
Best deal at my local store, definitely a bargain.

Only draw back is the wireless card only supports B+G no N, but that's not such a big deal in the grand scheme. Had two people I know buy these. Nice little machine really light aswell.

 

Has no bluetooth as well, but it's a fine deal. Not as good as the amazing biglots dv4 though.

 

Assuming that you're talking about the store BigLots it doesn't surprise me. It's a closeout store so they're are good prices to be had. Is that sale still going on?

That's a good deal but if you're going to get a laptop with a warranty might as well get it at an electronics store, ya know?
Though I know many people opt out of the warranty, and I can definitely see why. Honestly from what I could find on the biglots deal, they're both pretty close. Personally I like getting stuff at best buy so I'd lean towards that.
But there's really know losing with either deal.

 

The BigLots deal was again available last week or 2 weeks ago... but not anymore.
