This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    can I expect any great deals on this laptop anytime in the near future? It is 18% off right now, but that's not great considering the cost. I got excited when I saw the 40% off deal through live.com, but that's only through the home & office store, which doesn't carry the 8730w. Looking around, it seems that a LOT of the coupons apply only to items carried in that store.
