Damnn, if that thing had half decent graphics card i would jump on that. AWESOME deal. Being new to laptops, I suppose its impossible to add a graphics card?

If it had a weak dedicated gpu then it would sometimes be possible. But since its an intel gpu which is part of the i5 processor, the answer would be no, you can not upgrade its gpu.

What if one were not to doing any gaming? Would it be okay, say for looking at DVD movies and the like?

The Intel gpu should have no issues with watching HD content since this is not paired with a weak netbook cpu. You should be fine if you are on a budget and you do not need to game on this.

I can vouch for that. My notebook has the previous-generation Intel integrated graphics (slower than the new Intel HD graphics) and it runs HD videos just fine.

Thanks. I agree with the previous poster - this is a really good deal. I was also looking at the NV5933u, which has Blue Ray installed for just around $650... Anyone had a chance to look at this model yet?
