This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    it's not based on fujitsu. fujitsu-siemens rebrands their notebooks from other odms in addition to using actual fujitsu notebooks. this particular model is based on a rebranded notebook.

    According to Quikster reviewer indicates it's identical to Fujitsu's in Europe ;)

    fujitsu siemens is not completely the same as fujitsu. they do have the lifebook line up which is fujitsu, but then they have the amilo series which often rebrands notebooks from other makers. it is not made by fujitsu. for example, one of their notebooks is a rebranded arima notebook that was also used by alienware.
