This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    The Toshiba deal seem to be dead but the HP is still 999$. Good deal. I was waiting for this rebate when looking for a new laptop in Dec but got a Sony FW instead.

    The E105-S1402 is $899 now. I picked one up yesterday. I ordered online with in store pickup.

    Plus I also got 18 months no interest and the reward zone points (which should be good for $20).
