    It says:

"Not for sale in North America."

Well, if there's no way it checks, but I thought this had an active internet required DRM?

I wouldn't buy this game if it was on sale for $1. The DRM in this game is appalling. I recently bought Anno 1401 Gold and only because Ubisoft patched and removed the DRM.

$20 is a tad expensive to rent an average game

Ok, me obviously not doing proper research on this, what's the terrible DRM issue with the game? (I also loathe DRM....)

At one point you needed a constant connection, still limited installs, need to beg for more. I've also read that the DRM affects the stability of the game.

It only allows for 3 installs afaik. After that you're at their mercy.

I don't normally care about DRM as long as it's reasonable. With a 3 machine activation limit, I would be locked out of installing the game almost instantly on purchase.

I don't mind if I can only play on one machine at a time, but I need to be able to install and launch the game from any computer, because I have a desktop and a laptop and change out parts on the desktop frequently enough, and upgrade the laptop every so often. Machine activation limits are a rental for me, especially if small, but ever-looming regardless.

Just to give some feedback on this. I bought it (as I played the 'demo' before quite a bit).
The experience is quite nice, DRM has not been an issue so far. Game is great (if u like this kind of game i guess)

3 Machine limit does not bother me (plus i think u can send them a quick email and they raise ur limit)

Always online is not an issue and not required. You can play offline. (Beloved Diablo 3... that's ridiculous online requirements....)

Just as an update from my experience. So all in all, not that bad.
