This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I think you were looking at the customer discussions, not the actual amazon offer.
    I don't see this deal anymore.

    Edit:So I checked again, there was indeed a $100 gift card deal that lasted for about 7 hours, and it is dead now. Don't know if the $100 GC will come back again, so it is a good idea for anyone who wants to hop on to check amazon constantly and see.
