$30 upfront with free shipping, then $15 coming back to you via rebate.
This is probably the best backup/restore software out there, its fast, very easy to use, and very robust.

Just ordered my copy from Newegg.

Hmmm.
PC Magazine does not seem to be a fan of True Image 2009.

They did, however like ShadowProtect

I just used it to restore an image on my desktop yesterday using ShadowProtect. Flawless. I know it's not the deal of the day...but be sure to read some reviews and decide from there. -
Nice find!
FYI, on the rebate form it says " Must purchase between 4/23/09 and 4/29/09", so grab it soon. -
I still use ATI10, which isn't even aware of Vista's bootloader nor SATA drives nor RAID arrays. But using that inside of BartPE, I can load up all those drivers and whatnot and use ATI10 no problem.
From what I've read, ATI10 is probably the last solid version ATI put out. -

I have version 10 as well, apparently the new version has a bunch of new google like search features so you can find files you want in an archive and a easier to use GUI and a bunch of other stuff. I was debating upgrading from 10 to 12 but have no reason to currently.
Still for $15 if you dont have it, this is better than getting wasting $15 on food or something
I have had no issues using ATI10 with Vista/Raid/SATA as all 3 of those things were on my G50V-A1 and it did backups for me flawlessly.
As for shadowprotect, I read the review... it sounds like it only has one neat feature ATI does not have and thats the hardware independant restore.
However for those who bought/own the product they really didnt have good things to say: http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2254491,00.asp
Most of the scores are low.
> High Cost
> Only good for one computer per license
> Says no 64bit support?
> Cant restore to smaller partition sizes
> Multiple reports of backup failures & loss of data
All those are just in user comments at the end of the review. -
-
I'm pretty sure even ATI10 has Vista64 support. I'm running it on my 64bit install on my E6400, though I haven't yet tested its restore capability.

Well rebate should be dead now, 4/29 was the last purchase date.
$30 is still a good price though if you need software like this.
Maybe they will have it on sale again, though I think they probably put this on sale to get some of the new product out in the open for feedback and after they have enough out there it wont be on sale anymore. -
Glad I ordered last night, though.
