Well, it says $369, which tells me one of two things:
    1) Since it's a .co.uk site, it could be a scam (don't know much about international trade, but I assume it is nonstandard for a British trader to measure in USD.
    2) It could be a booboo and mean 369 pounds, which translates to roughly $646, and it is a Sempron processor. It also has integrated video, a 40 GB hard drive, and 1.5 hours of battery life. I'd hesitate to call it "too good to be true" and would simply say "eh."

Lol... I looked into it. They only accept Western Union. The thing thats really really bad about this is I saw this add on this forum. It was in the google text adds. Why doesn't google make sure there legit before allowing them to buy adds.

I know its a sempron and stuff.. but $369 USD! And international shipping alone is worth around $100 for Fedex.

This is probably a scam. The same company is selling other desirable electronics for way below the normal market price. And the money order is going to a single person. Instead of going to a company. I wouldn't touch this with a 1 mile pole.
Also even if this is legit. You still probably need to pay import tax on the laptop. Which would make this not really a good deal.
