I have a zyxel 660HW - T3 wireless router. My problem is that it seems to suffer from some kind of a choke. My problem is that time from time sometimes for hours that my firefox open web pages ultra fast and nice as it should do. ( 5Mbit DL and 0.5Mbit UL ) but then its like my wireles gets into some kind of choke and i cant acess the internet and my steam ( CS.source ) servers do like 2000ms lag and i cant open nothing on firefox not even light google. I figured it must be something in the wireles cuz i try to acess the router over the ip and now way the page loads then like 1 - 2minutes later i can do everithing normal... Please help ? i didnt touch nothing on the vista network settings i just entered the wpa security user indentification key. P.S. is this wpa key enough protection ? I doubt somebody is hacking into my wireless its like a small wirelles the router and 2 notebookson it. The distance from my laptop to the router is like 20cm its on thetable right to my notebook.

WPA should be fine provided you used the max (min 20) random generated (all printable) key.
Have you tried using IE to confirm the problem? It could be your ISP can not handle the peak load or you may have some load balancing going on.
