This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     wireless is dying

    I reinstalled the drivers that worked for a while. Then I took out the card cleaned the contacts this was really easy 3 screws and 2 antenna snap on conectors that worked for a while. Then I lossened the screws on the card one half turn this let me push the card in a bit more and just for the heck of it turned the slider switch on and off 100 times think of a staticie radio dial it is working now. I'm getting a new computer soon but outback repaires are always usefull.
