    Hey everyone. I know this is pretty complicated so please bear with me!

    I'm having a problem with Windows 7. I've been using Ubuntu and I've decided to switch from Ubuntu to Windows 7. Here's what I used to connect to my network on Ubuntu:

    Note that this isn't my actual credentials, it's just a picture of someone who has the same settings as I did.

    On windows 7, I can select 802.1x, then it allows me to choose PEAP and MSCHAP2. Then I connect to the network and it asked me for credentials. So I enter my username and pass, and then it says it failed (troubleshoot).

    I'll upload my settings for the Windows version (I tried to replicate it as close as possible). Please take a look at them and tell me if something is off - because I have no idea what can be causing this!

    Maybe it's a bug in Windows 7! I don't know ! :p

    PS: I tried at least 50 times so it's not a user/pass issue.

    PSS: Even though I save my credentials in the "Advance panel" (3rd pic), it still prompts me for them when I connect.

    Thanks everyone!!

    Did that to me at school too. It started to work after 2 days....But it never did that at home for me. Are you at school or work?

    Thanks for your replies

    @gerry
    It says 802.1x, but that's it. To use Ubuntu I pretty much just tried combinations until it worked.

    @JCMS
    School. Did you have an 802.1x setup with PEAP+MSCHAPv2 and user authentication?
