    just wondering which adapter to buy, after a long struggle trying to find some retail intel 5350's.

    You don't need to get an internal, unless you're replacing one and you're SURE that you can replace it with a newer Intel unit. It's easier to get an external adapter, like a USB or an ExpressCard adapter. Linksys makes both of course, as well as a gaming adapter that you can plug into your Ethernet port and use as an external. It's not truly portable though, as it needs AC power.

    Whatever external you may get, make sure that it's the same brand as your Router so they're matched.
