    it happens when im downloading and the speed goes up or stays at a constant high speed.

    i am using gateway fx p-7805u, and i need some advices.
    i think i need to update my network drivers, but i dont know how to do this
    .

    In the archive you linked to there is a readme file. Procedure of updating drivers is there (3.2)
