Anyone else having this issue. My notebook has vista on it. My desktop runs XP and has a inkjet attached to it. The notebook is connected wireless to my router. My XP machine is wired to the router. Vista can see the printer, but the test page does not work. In the vista print spooler, the document says there was an error printing. It's been a headache fixing this.

I assume you have Network and Printer sharing turned on your XP pc. You must also setup a firewall rule to allow the other pc's to print to it. Temp turn off your FW and run a printer test and see if its being blocked by the FW.
