    I will be in US soon and I d like to Know how verizon wireless conction works and how much I have to pay to use it. Does it work everywhere in everycity? Besides verizon what are the other option for that?

    I think you're talking about the Verizon EVDO network.

    I think it runs about $60/month and you have to buy a card for your laptop for around $150. It works where ever the EVDO network is, which is pretty much all major cities. It's probably very convenient if you can afford it, however I have no personal experience with it. Your best bet would be to just call Verizon directly and ask them about the program.
