After reformating my Toshiba satellite laptop, I can't connect to internet. I don't know how and where to download the drivers from (being unable to connect to internet). I have the recovery disc which was used to reformat the laptop.
I'll really appreciate it if someone can help me. Thanks

Can you see the NIC (i.e., wireless card) in the device manager?

that means the driver is not installed.

Since you are posting here, you obviously have some sort of an internet connection... Tell us your exact notebook model, maybe one of us can help you locate the driver either from Toshiba support site or directly from the manufacturer (i.e intel).

After recovery, make a Drive-Image (Ghost) of your install to an external USB disk. This will prevent the same from happening again. In case of trouble restore the image.

Best is to do this right after a full operational install from CD so there is a "virgin" install available without having to go through a full windows install from CD.
