sharing my music folder shares my entire user account. ?

ok, so im living with a couple of mates and i want to share my music with them over the wireless N network we got going on.
so i went into network and sharing centre, turned network discovery and file sharing ON (set to private network/home).
i then went into C:\Users\MY NAME\Music\iTunes. I right clicked on itunes music, clicked share... clicked the drop box, selected everyone, clicked add. clicked share. once it had finished it said "your folder is shared".

all fine so far, but when i go into "network>MY COMPUTER'S NAME> its got "users", then MY NAME, then ALL my contents on there! i only wanted to share 1 folder, not everything! whats going on? why is vista sharing my entire user account? i dont want them seeing my pictures and documents!

i just want them to be able to access the music files (not delete/edit them, read only) and for some reason vista wants to share everything. how can i solve this thing? is the only option to map that folder as a network drive?

You could try putting it in the public folder

 

no can do, its 32 gig of music and im not having 2 copies of it all on my laptop.
