    random dc's and reconnects w/ log info

    so i got random dc's playing games / slowdowns / falling behind... and i just checked my router logs

    [INFO] Sat Jan 31 12:09:38 2004 Wireless system with MAC address ########### disconnected for reason: AP maybe crash...
    [INFO] Sat Jan 31 12:09:25 2004 Above message repeated 3 times
    [INFO] Sat Jan 31 12:09:21 2004 Wireless system with MAC address ########### disconnected for reason: Received Deauthentication.
    [INFO] Sat Jan 31 12:09:20 2004 Above message repeated 4 times
    [INFO] Sat Jan 31 12:09:18 2004 Wireless system with MAC address ########### disconnected for reason: Received Deauthentication.

    ... and so on... is this someone trying to hyjack my internet or any help on what the problem is? router is a dlink wireless n. had it for over a year or more without this problem.

    edit: the date is 2004 jan 31'st but i think i never reset the date :S it's actually oct 4th 2008 :-D

    No, not someone hijack your internet. You are simply getting disconnected. What is your signal strength?

    Have you checked for router firmware upgrades recently? Also, what system are you using that's having these problems? Make/model and OS would be helpful.
