Atm i am using my 10 years old realtek usb adaptor to go in internet.
i even try to use my bluetooth hotspot from my cellphone which is better connection (practical) can use incmng and outgoing calls with notebook speakers and micrphn. But that way i have parasite ound or noise sound like 10 sec every mp3 or video i run at the start. So i went bac to the wifi connection. Please help me and lead me to the what can i do.

Your iPhone isn't on the optimum channel which is channel 1 from your Inssider screenshot. If you have a way to set your phone to use channel 1 then your laptop should give better wifi performance with less interference.

Wireless channel is something to be changed on what works as a router - in this case (as I understand it) your phone.

It could be the problem of Windows 8.

Windows 8 is pretty flaky wrt wireless internet.
