Any help would be greatly appreciated. This wireless router worked great for a while and then stopped working. The ethernet connection works fine, for the same address. I can get on another unprotected wifi connection with all my computers at the same physical locations, so I know the computers are O.K. I've gone through the help tree with Netgear and done what was suggested. The wifi address always shows up, with a confirmation that the connection is excellent, and I can even get on line, but it's slow and incomplete. For example, I might be able to get on gmail, and on a good day get to my email or not after an hour or so. But if I disconnect and use another unprotected connection, I can immediately get on. Finally, I should mention that I'm in Copenhagen, Denmark, and use a local subscription service for my internet, but they have not been of much help.

does it make a difference if you turn encryption off on your router?
