Who set up the router initially?
Have you tried power cycling the router?

Did you enter your login info into the router, as well as clone your mac address?

Connect to the admin page of the router, normally the gateway IP ( http://192.168.1.1). The you will find the WAN (isp) settings. Enter your login info for your isp and clone your mac address, normally under advanced.
