Any full-sized pci-e wireless card will replace what you already have. If you want you can buy another Dell 1390 wireless card, which your laptop has right now, but I would get something a lot newer. Are you absolutely sure the wireless card is dead and that it isn't a software issue?

No, any full height (I think this is what you meant) Mini PCI-E wireless
Full sized PCI-E implies it's for a desktop.

Sorry if I left out the "mini" part. Half and full size, height, and length are all ways we differentiate between the two sizes of mini pci-e devices.

Did the wireless just quit randomly one day? If there is nothing about it in the device manager, there is a hardware/firmware problem. Check to see if the card is still in the slot well and blow out any dust. If it still doesn't work it's time for a new one.
