    Hi All, New to this site. I recently had to fall back on my old pcg r505tl for back up and i cannot get it to connect to the web. I have followed the cox website instructionsand no help. When i select protocol tcp/ip it shows up but the says (empty) What does that mean???? I had this thing on the internet in the spring in a different city using SuddenLink, plugged it in here and nothing??????? Can someone please help me? I think i have it all jacked up. Thank you very very much.

    Maybe a clean re-install of the OS and drivers first?

    What exactly was the connection problem and what exactly were the steps of cox website instruction? Link?
