I have lost my connection to PC. it is connected through Orange Livebox and has been working ok up to now.
However the livebox does not even appear in the list of network connections anymore so I can't click to change it. .
When I tried to check on problems it mentioned WAP and WPE numbers (I hope that I have remembered that correctly) how would I find out these nos?
I am now connected through an available netgear unsecured site which has just appeared although it says the signal is very low whereas the Livebox on the PC says signal is excellent.
The PC is still working fine on Livebox.
Can anyone give me some advice?? I am NOT technically minded so it needs to be in laymans' language!
