    Hello . i am looking for wi-fi card for replacing my intel 8260ac (as i understand its m.2)
    what you can recommend for me?

    main criteria n or ac bands +windows 8 drivers (non wi8.1)
    if possible without fancy addon like "intel Proset"
    just card and a driver

    If you want drivers that haven't been updated since 4/20/15 vs drivers updated 6/13/16, by all means. 17 series drivers have a lot of issues, especially ping spikes, only way to get the updated 19 series is to get 8.1

    Nobody is keeping them up to date for 8. Your best bet is a USB dongle.
