    i am experiencing alot of Disconnects with my 3com router and i am nearly sure its a problem with line in connections , i just want to double check ,are this numbers not good ??

    Noise margin is in fact decent but the reason why you get disconnected so often is that your line attenuation is terribly high.
    I have some trouble believing that we're talking DSL line, aren't we?
    With the line attenuation of 63dB you should have trouble connecting at all.
    Check the cables and the splitter/filter and if these are OK- call your ISP.
