    hi everyone
    I hopping I can get some input on upgrading my intel 7265 to SAY A 8265 .I have no problems with it other then slow speeds if I walk 15 feet away from my routher but that's a hole nother ball of waxs there .is there really any point to upgrade ? thanks this fourms awesome

    If the problem is with your router, there would be little point to replacing the wireless card.

    That is a good point. @tweake628 needs to start by checking how different notebook works in the same conditions - preferably a different one as some notebooks have sub-optimal antenna placement so neither outer not the card are to blame for bad reception.
