The intel(R) proset/wireless application states that it has detected networks on startup but when I click on the 'bubble' to select a network the application becomes unresponsive (no mouse or keyboard control) and constantly loops through detecting networks.

I have the latest version and drivers.

Does anyone know what might be causing this?

I can bypass it by right-clicking on the taskbar icon at startup and getting windows to manage the wireless connection but would still like to use the intel(R) application.

    Thanks
