Google has saved a number of logins and passwords for some websites, I am pretty sure it's stored on the Google server instead of local hard drives. ( In http://passwords.google.com)

However, after I login Chrome with the Google account, and go to the website, it does not automatically fill the password after entering the logins

how can I solve this problem? when I login Chrome with my Google account on another device, could I still use the saved login password for the websites

Yes, the saved passwords will follow your account.
You might need to give Chrome some time after signing in to sync your account preferences and off course your saved credentials for other sites.
