I just bought an HP 9700 laptop with Vista 64 with bluetooth capability. I purchased a HP bluetooth mouse to go with it. I can set the mouse up fine but once you shut down the mouse does not stay paired with the laptop. HP tech support does not have a clue. Desperately need help???
