    hi guys,
i just got DL-624 wireless router, and im trying to hook the router into an existing ethernet port around my house and trying to get it to connect to my netgear land router in the basement.
however, im not really sure how i do this?
i got the wireless working, but then the land computers, 3 of the 4 all lost internet
any idea on how do i go about ensuring that both the land LAN and the wireless are functioning properly?
    thanks

Ok, since you allready own a router, you want to make sure that you first, hook a computer into the accesspoint while its not hooked into the local network and access its configuration. In one of its menus, it should allow you to configure it as either a Router, or a Gateway. Set it to Gateway. Also make sure you turn the accesspoints DHCP OFF.

After that is done, you have just turned your wifi router into a wifi switch. Now all you need to do is run a cable from your basement router's normal ethernet ports to the UPLINK port on your wifi accesspoint. Any devices, wifi or wired, will start getting their IPs and net access from the basement router.
