I have an inspiron, and recently had some repairs done to it and now my wireless card seems to not be working. I can still connect to the internet via the ethernet, and my wireless router is properly hooked up and sending me a full signal. I am thinking the problem has to be the card within my computer, but I don't know how to troubleshoot this problem even.

Launch your ports and check the status on the wireless card. May show no connection or disabled (enable). If it was just disabled, enabling it should fix it if they did not clear your connections. If so add a new connection and see if your routers shows up. Then try to connect to it. If they cleared your connections when they worked on it you will be required to re-enter the WPA key. If it tries to connects and fails, recheck or change the wpa key on both NB and router.
