Hey, yeah, i need help with my new notebook, im getting wireless internet (orange's livebox) this week for my new notebook, whihc is in my sig. But, im not totally certain about networking, im the biggest noob, its the first wireless connection ill have had. Im just wondering if my notebook will be able to connect to my router once i turn it on for the first time, the notebook says it has WLAN, but below that it says Access point required, not included blah blah, then it says separataly purchased internet subscription needed. So do i need anything else to buy, like a card to put in my notebook? Or should i be able to just connect to my livebox when it comes? Sorry for being such a N00b.

You should be able to connect when it comes. The wireless router is also an access point. As long as you have a wireless router an internet connection and a wireless card, you'll be set. It's just a matter of getting the internet set up and configured to your liking.

Yes, and yes. You should be fine, just follow your service provider's directions and you will be up and running.
