I got this laptop a month ago and i bought a linksys wireless usb adapter at 54mbps 2.4 ghz and using a dsl connection thats hooked up to my desktop. i have no real problem with it accept whenever i play battlefield 2 i play with lowest settings and i still get lagg but when i play my mmo i get no lagg at high settings and i evan played it at the same time using my dektop and i still get no lagg. So it my wireless connection? or my computer? do i need to get a better wireless thing?

Have you tried playing BF2 while wired up to your router to see if the lag is lessened?

MMOs like WoW typically are much less bandwidth hungry than an FPS. It's probably your wireless.

I've played BF2 with my laptop through Wi-Fi with my mate before on his laptop and it played fine. :) So it's definatley not the wireless that slowed me down, but my graphics power from the laptop.

Perhaps the wireless drivers or the Router's firmware needs an upgrade?
