i got the dir-635 around two years ago and its been working really well for me.
my only caveat, it seems to have poor range and cannot cover most of my house.
i was looking to extend it range by purchasing indoor extender antennas, but i read some feedback saying that this is not a very good solution.
so now im thinking of getting an access point to extend its range.
    my questions are:
    1. will the ap provide the best coverage? what models do suggest that would work well with the dir-635. im planning on spendig less than 100usd, or less than 50usd if possible.
    2. what other methods would you reccomend asside form an AP?

    thanks

the reason is because i see many conflicting user reviews regarding extended range antennas. it seems like they will not work thru many walls etc.
i checked out the wi-fire just now though and it seems interesting. it is listed though as a wifi g antenna in amazon. wonder if it will work with my draft-n router and win7
btw what laptop do you use with it?
