Hi,
I have a Dell E1505 with Vista Ultimate - I live in the UK and have had fine wireless connections for the past couple of years with my D-Link wireless router. I recently went to France where i connected to local wireless and now, upon returning, my computer simply cannot find my network - my family can all connect and i have tried the usually rebooting router/computer etc and looking for region changes in the 'properties' of my computer: to no avail.
However the funny thing is the computer can sometimes see another wireless signal in my area (with a password) but not my router - which is in range btw.
Sorry for the long winded question and i hope i have posted in the correct section.
Thanks
C
-
In the DOS console do ipconfig/release and then ipconfig/renew.
-
"No operation can be performed on wireless network connection while it has its media disconnected."
and still nothing when i try the wirless -
Do an ipconfig/all and post it please.

C:\Windows\system32>ipconfig/all
