this isn't exactly laptop related, but i'm having trouble connecting my ps2 to the internet in my dorm because the isp has a firewall. i've talked to people who played through the firewall before but i don't know how to set it up properly. any help would be appreciated, i'd really like to play madden 07 :(

The internet that is given 'free' in Dorms tend to have mac address filtering, ip range blocking, ip tracking, multiple firewalls (since its a campus network) and a slew of other protective features.

If you are savvy, you can find alternatives. I am 99.9% sure that any thing I tell you about bypassing security would be in violation of your campus' internet access policy.
