Bluetooth enables devices such as cellphones, laptops, PDAs, etc, to communicated wirelessly over very short distances. If you dont have Bluetooth on your laptop, you can always buy an external USB Bluetooth dongle and use it.

    Hello,

Bluetooth can be used for wireless syncing PDA/phone, wireless headphone, wireless mouse, wireless keyboard, etc.

According asus, the a8js does have bluetooth capablity, of course, you have to choose it.

There was 2 versions of the A8js, the earlier one was without BT, the newer version has the BT.
