I have had Verizon FiOS for about a year now. All I can say is its very fast and reliable. I have had no problems whatsoever and it is a great deal. BTW i have the 20 Mbit down/5 Mbit up package and I live in Sarasota, FL which is how ive had it for so long. You will be very happy when they finish installing it. :)

Being that this is a networking forum I will menton that they provide you with a Wireless router to use complete with a customer interface. I don't have it, but a friend of mine does and I played with it a bit. Seems to have enough functionality to do what you need but having their logo everywhere can get annoying.

I was told they say that you have to use their router with it, but I am sure you could easily get another one working if you prefer not to use theirs.

I have been thinking about getting it for he speed fo a while but have a nice packaged deal through my cable provider right now so I am hesitant to switch. I am also concerned about switching because I used to have Verizon DSL here and had a lot of very bad experiences with them. I must say Verizon is my cell phone provider however and I have no complaints there.
