Hi, so I have an acer aspire one and the wireless internet works fine at my house, but on my school network it won't work. I have the school wep and I can enter it in and connect, but when I hit repair network it fails in renewing the ip address on my school network. any ideas on how to fix this?

did you check your power management settings? It's probably set to maximum, change it to normal or off.

I'd stop by the school's student IT department first to see if they can get it straightened out - it's their network, after all.
