I have the xbox 360 with the wireless adapter. I Had a old Belkin wireless G router using WPA. Now I hae the D-Link Xtreme DIR 655 N router. I cannot seem to connect. I am using WPA2. On the Xbox networking configuration I can put in my SSID(Service Set Identifer). But, XBOX will not let me put in the Pre-Shared key (Password). For some reason it is grayed out. XBOX 360 will not connect to the router. Also, I do not see a "N" standard in the network setup on XBOX 360. "N" is suppose to be backward compatible with "G" adapters. Am I missing something or do I need a bios or any other kind of upgrade for the XBOX 360. I have Madden 08 coming on Tuesday. Would like to GO Live and play it. ANY SUGGESTION? :radar:

In your router options make sure both N & G wireless are enabled.

And check your options throughout, I do not have an N router therefore I'm not sure but maybe there is also an option that enables backward compatibility with G enabled devices.

wpa2 is listed on the network configuration screen, but it is just greyed out.
