I am buying a laptop and I am interested in the wireless HD streaming to HDTVs.

The idea of sitting on my couch with a wireless mouse/keyboard and playing games on a 46" plasma sounds really really cool. I hate PC games for the fact that I cannot sit back and play them like console games. This could help.

Had anyone had any experience or read good materials on wireless HD streaming?
I am considering getting the Alienware combo that has the built-in transmitter to the laptop and the separate receiver that goes to the HDTV.

Dumb question but it does non-high def video stream as well?

Finally, would it be better to get the transmitter/receive later on after the laptop purchase? Ie will the receive/transmitter kits go down in price or if the add-on transmitter to a laptop would be bulky and better off built-in?

One more thing, I am getting this laptop as a desktop replacement and I want to still use my duel monitors. I am going to have to get some kind of:

    matrox dh2go/

To get them to both work? I am shocked that more laptop companies do not sell docking stations anymore? My work laptop Dell Lat E6400 has a very simple dock that had 2 video outs and I have the duel monitors setup so simply. I am kind of upset that I need to go get a third party vendor to make this happen.

Is there really not that many people who want to be able to play a game on one screen and surf the web on the other?
