I have a an inspiron 9300 and a DLink DGL 4300 wireless gaming router. I can connect to the router and internet works fine, except my notebook says that I am disconnected when I am acutually connected. I can do an ipconfig to view my ip address and my connection is visible on the router. With or without security, the results are the same. I am running xp sp2 Anyone have this problem?

I would go to the Dlink website and try updating your firmware for your router. I would also update your Intel Wireless Drivers card. So do that, and post back and let us know what happens. :p
