Are you putting the network key in to connect to the network? If you are, and still not connection try setting up WAP instead of WEP if possible.
-
Yes the WEP key is correctly inputted, and how to set up WAP? :S
What im doing:
When i set up an WLAN without password, it connects like a dream
And when i do it WITH a password, it doesent seem to connect! Whattas wrong? -
You have to setup your wireless adapter to use WEP?
1 Control Panel
2 Right click the wireless network connection, scroll down and click properties.
3 Click wireless network tab.
4 Click your network name.
5 Network Authentication - select open.
6 In Data Encryption select WEP.
7 PUT in your network KEY.
8 Click OK. -
I somehow feel the WAP was meant to be WPA...

Guys, heres a screenshot, can you please help me; what options should i select/do?
-
Anyone should work, just copy and paste.Remember to save the key for future use.I pretty sure the selected key has 2 to 4 keys that are automatically generated for you. What ever you change your key to you'll have to put that into your adapter.
Wireless problem!
