It's connected on your lan card, what happens if you try connecting to your wireless only?

I'm kinda navigating in the dark here, but i'll offer what little help i can.

First, disconnect from the network, remove the wireless network form the network and sharing center, power cycle your router and try connecting again.

Check your network configuration too, are you set to N only, mixed mode, etc.

You could also check if the encryption settings match on both the router and the wireless adapter. Normally, it should match automatically, but i happened to me once that i had to change the encryption type manually.

Another thing, your network being called netgear means that you are probably on the default settings on your router and guess what, if someone in the neighborhood also has a netgear router on default, the network will also be called netgear which could cause problems. That is also something else i'd look for.

Normally if locally, it's not getting a Gateway and dns server info from the router.

A Personal FireWALL can do this to you too.
