    I've recently re-installed my desktop PC. After this my wireless keyboard is not working. My keyboard is Insignia; model: NS-PNK5011
    What to do now?

    1. Make sure that your keyboard and nano receiver are paired by pressing the connect button on the keyboard.

    2. Replace the keyboard batteries.

    3.Try connecting your nano receiver into a different USB port on your computer.
